  • Our program helps students explore their interests, develop new skills, and prepare for future careers. Through hands-on projects, 1-on-1 mentorship, and real-world experiences, participants learn how to turn their passions into purpose.

  • The program is open to students in the Birmingham area and young adults who are eager to learn, grow, and discover new career paths. You don’t need prior experience — just motivation and an open mind.

  • Most of our opportunities are free to join. Some specialized workshops or events may have small fees, but financial assistance and scholarships are available to ensure everyone can participate.

  • Most participants are between school and early college age (6–22), College age may vary
